Returning
You can return your order within 14 days after the purchase date without giving a reason. For further description, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

Return process
To return the order, we ask you to send an email to [email protected], containing your order number and your statement that you wish to return the order.

You can send the order, in original packaging and without traces of use, to:

We ask you to include your name and order number on the return shipment to avoid any misunderstandings! Upon correct receipt, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible.
